Our Apartment Locating Process
Our licensed Austin area Apartment Locators go above and beyond to understand your wants and needs in your next home.
The first step is to complete the Rental Profile Form.
Based on the information you provide, we'll assign a Licensed REALTOR® that specializes in the areas you're interested in. Your licensed agent will use their market expertise to create a customized list of available properties and other rental properties for your consideration. By asking a few additional questions, your agent will work with you to narrow your list of potential apartments down to a few favorites.
Now that we have identified your favorite properties to see, your agent will arrange the apartment showings and be your "wingman" to make sure your questions and concerns are addressed by the onsite leasing agent. Previewing a few properties offers the opportunity to get a feel for the management, amenities, and the apartment home community.
Once you've decided on an apartment home, we'll represent you through the application and approval process. Our fee is paid by the property management company.
